Butter Wrapper

Packaging is very important for butter! Properly packaged butter can maintain its quality for a long time. When a butter isn’t packaged adequately and exposure to air and light,it becomes rancid and develop smell easily and reduces it’s shelf life.

Our packaging paper can avoid the problem perfectly,it’s laminated by aluminum foil and food grade paper,it’s opaque and provides a good barrier against air and odors. Our aluminum foil paper is suitable for flexible printing,grease-proof, leakage–proof and resists puncture and corrosion, with tear-proof properties and also extends shelf-life of the butter.

Product Details:

1.Structure, we have two kinds of materials for butter wrappers.

 Structure 1, Paper/PE/Alumnum Foil/Primer(optional), laminated material weight range is from 80gsm to 110gsm

 Structure 2, Grease proof paper, weight upper than 50gsm, kit grade from 7 to 10.

2.Packing

Roll width: from 100mm to 1380mm

Roll diameter: 70mm, 100mm,and accept customized size.

Pallets: Polywood pallets or plastic pallets
